How to use

1.  Remove the center film on the patch and place it directly onto the abdomen.

2.  Remove the remaining films on the patch, press firmly and gently onto the skin.

Precautions

1. Long lasting heat sensation.

2. Highest temperature between 2-4 hours after application.

3. Allow the skin to rest for 3-4 hours after 8 hours of application.
