INGREDIENTS:
LOVE – Essential Oils: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Orange, Geranium, Spearmint, Fractionated Coconut Oil
JOY – Essential Oils: Juniper Berry, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Lemongrass, Fractionated Coconut Oil
PEACE – Essential Oils: Juniper Berry, Lemon, Bergamot, Chamomile, Fractionated Coconut Oil
METHODS OF USE:
INHALE
Place a few drops on palm of one hand and gently rub both palms together to warm up the oils. Next, cup both palms over nose, close eyes and inhale.
TOPICAL
Apply on skin. Recommended areas are temples, forehead, back of neck, shoulders and middle of chest. Suitable for body massage. Dilution not required.
DIFFUSE
Incorporate into your preferred electric, reed, candle or wood diffuser.
PERFUME
Suitable to apply on fabric like pillow, scarf or clothes

What are essential oils?
Essential oils are called “essential” as they are the essences of a plant.

How to use these blends?

For infants, diffusing is recommended instead of direct inhalation.
