RED SUN Takara Foot Detox Patch can eliminate waste products from the body in a painless and hassle-free way. Just apply them on the soles of your feet and allow them to work while you sleep. The patch will then change in colour according to the condition of your health. Those with more health problems will notice darker colours after using the patch. With regular use, the patches will progressively get lighter, indicating a graudal improvement in your health. It can also be used on areas affected by arthritis, gout, and rheumatism.

• Dosage
  

  Each plaster comes in 2 parts, a sachet containing the active ingredients and an adhesive sheet.

  1) Remove thin cellophane cover from adhesive sheet.
  2) Remove sachet from its outer bag and stick (the side with logo) on sticky surface of adhesive sheet.
  3) Apply plaster over the arch of the cleaned & dried sole of the foot.
  4) You may change the position of plaster along the sole of foot (e.g. at top, arch or heel) after every week of applications.
  5) If you do not observe any changes in colour on the plaster the following morning, it may be that there is no waste to be expelled from that part of the body, or plaster was applied at area with too few reflexology points.
  6) Please dispose after use.
