Directions
Take 4 capsules orally, 3 times daily.

Contraindication
This product is not suitable for pregnant women and it is not recommended to consume for a prolonged period of time.  Abstain from alcohol and smoking, and avoid oily, spicy, cold and uncooked food while taking this product.  For recurring rectal bleeding and pain and recent changes in bowel habits, please seek immediate medical advice.
