Instruction

Take 3 capsules orally, 3 times daily, with lukewarm water after food.

Contraindication

This product is not suitable for pregnant women and it is not recommended to consume for a prolonged period of time.  Abstain from alcohol and smoking, and avoid oily, spicy, cold and uncooked food while taking this product.  For children under 12 years old, please consult a doctor before use.  If symptoms persist, do seek immediate medical advice.
