Prebiotics are food ingredients that enhance the actions of probiotics in the digestive tract, especially Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus acidophilus. Inulin (a non-digestible fibre) is a prebiotic that helps promote the growth of these “good” bacteria in the colon. It serves as food for these organisms. The Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium actually digest the inulin for us and then increase as much as 5 to 10 times in volume. Probiotics is a friendly bacteria that has been used safely and effectively for more than 2,000 years, proving their value to human health. Most often, probiotics have been consumed as part of cultured foods, such as acidophilus milk, yogurt, soy tempeh. The friendly bacteria in these foods, specifically Bifidobacterium, multiply and establish colonies in the warm, moist environment of the human body by feeding on the prebiotic (oligo) and protein in the digestive tract.

This product contains 10 billion live probiotic Bifidobacterium longum, Fiber and Prebiotics.

Direction :

Pour 1 sachet into at least 150ml of room temperature water or juice, stir well and consume immediately.  Take 1-2 sachets(s) per day.

For better results, take one sachet in the morning on an empty stomach and one sachet before sleep.
