  Glucosamine Sulphate, is a simple molecule that the body makes from sugar and uses as a major building block of cartilage. It is an important component of the muscopolysaccharides, which provide structure to bone, cartilage and other body tissues.
  It helps promote healthy joint and cartilage.

• Directions
  

  Adults: Oral, 1 capsule 2-3 times daily. 
  Taken 15-30 minutes before meal.
