Ingredients : White Pepper Garlic Powder, Salt, Seasoning Powder.
Cooking Instructions :
1 pack ILC Bah Kut Tea Spices 30g
1kg pork ribs
1.8lt of water
12 cloves, 1 bulb of garlic
Few drops of dark soy sauce for color (optional)
- Over high fire, boil 1.8 lt of water. Add 1 pk of Bak Kut Tea Spices, 1kg of pork ribs and 12 cloves of garlic and boil using medium heat for 35 mins (or up to 1hr for a more spicy and peppery taste).
- Add few drops of soy sauce for color. Serve hot.
