Suggested Use
Mix 1 tablespoon into foods such as cereals, porridge, yoghurt, smoothies, sauces and salad dressings. Alternatively they can be added to water or juice, when aded to liquids the chia seeds will swell and form a gel like substance.
Ensure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
