  Seven Seas Cold Liver Oil contains Vitamin A and D which are essential for growth, development and maintenance of healthy body tissue, vision and promote strong bones and teeth.

• Dosage
  

           Can be taken on its own or mixes easily with twice the quantity of milk or orange juice before mealtimes.

           Adults and children over 1 year old: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) before mealtime
          
           Babies: 0-6 months: 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon ) daily.
                      7-12 months: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
           
           When fed dried baby milk use half the above quantities.

           Women who are pregnant, lactating or likely to be become pregnant:5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
