Confinement: Take 1 pill every day from Day 3 of child birth.

Adults: Take 1 pill of 3.75g of So Hup Yuen Medical Pill Chan Li Chai in the morning.

Children: Take 0.5 pill of 3.75g of So Hup Yuen Medical Pill Chan Li Chai in the morning.
